Working with VeroMetal

Welcome to the VeroMetal® Training Program, an intensive, hands-on two-day workshop designed for professionals eager to master the art of metal coating. This training provides essential skills and knowledge to achieve high-quality metal finishes on various surfaces. Participants will be guided step by step, from surface preparation and spraying techniques to polishing and finishing methods. The workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced professionals looking to refine their techniques.

Location and Schedule

• Location: VeroMetal, Buizerdweg 10, 6374 BS Landgraaf
• Duration: 2 days, from 09:00 AM to 4:30 PM (registration opens at 08:30 AM)
• Trainer: Peter Johannes or Robert Beckers
• Languages: The training is available in Dutch, English, and German (other languages on request).

Daily Program

Day 1: Introduction and Basic Techniques

• Welcome and introduction
• Theoretical background of VeroMetal®
• Explanation of tools, spray equipment, materials, and safety procedures
• Preparations and hands-on practice
• Practical coating application
• Post-processing (manual polishing with Scotch-Brite and steel wool)
• Cleaning and maintenance of materials and equipment

Day 2: Advanced Application and Finishing

• Calculation and cost estimation
• Practical work: advanced VeroMetal® application
• Various finishing techniques and polishing methods
• Working with patinas and wax layers for specific finishes
• Sample creation (for personal use)
• Q&A and closing session

Practical Information

Participants: Maximum of 4 per session for optimal personal guidance

Cost: excluding VAT per participant, including:

• Training fee: €900
• Start-Up Package: €900 (includes metals and two patinas of your choice)
• Introductory discount on Start-Up Package: - €200

Payment:

• The invoice must be paid within one week of receipt. If unpaid, the reservation will be canceled.
• Reservations are only final once the invoice is fully paid.
• Payment must be completed at least 4 weeks before the training start date.
• In case of cancellation within 4 weeks prior to the training date, 50% of the total fee will be refunded.
